- Assist in coordination, scheduling, task tracking, and reporting
- Assist with procurement including:
- Writing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Tracking material orders and deliveries
- Assist in cost reporting and control including budget entry and processing change orders.
- Oversee project level document control including:
- Pulling permits
- Managing construction drawings and specifications
- Preparing, reviewing, and distributing submittals
- Preparing and distributing requests for information (RFI)
- Preparing and distributing close-out meetings
- Take and issue meeting minutes for project meetings
- Assist project team in resolving construction conflicts and issues that arise
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Create panel and wire labels using engraving labeling equipment
- Create panel schedules
- Create official correspondence
- Assist in development of project cost estimates
- Assist field personnel in managing quality control
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proficient in standard business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Bluebeam
- Professional written communication skills including proper e-mail etiquette (i.e. grammar, spelling)
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commercial or industrial construction experience
- Electrical construction experience
- Proficient in project management software including Procore
- Proficient in scheduling software including Microsoft Project
