Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Panama Schedule (2-2-3)Week 1: Work Mon–Tue, Off Wed–Thu, Work Fri–Sat–Sun * Week 2: Off Mon–Tue, Work Wed–Thu, Off Fri–Sat–SunPay Rate: $20–$21 per hour
Contract: 8+ months (potential extension or conversion to full-time)Job Description:The Utility Service Worker (USW) plays a vital role in supporting manufacturing and packaging operations. This hands-on position is responsible for the movement, staging, and handling of materials to ensure efficient production flow. The USW must maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and accuracy while operating under a rotating Panama shift schedule in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Execute movement of finished goods using handheld scanners or digital devices.Transfer finished products between departments or storage areas.Deliver Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and other packaging supplies as required.Support product entry into the printing process.Stage and transfer packaging material and bulk products for production needs.Supply packaging components and bulk product to operator stations.Remove and properly dispose of excess or scrap cartons.Transport designated capsules to warehouse or recycling areas.Operate forklifts, palletizers, and pallet jacks safely.Perform additional packaging-related tasks as assigned.Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, and safety requirements.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging environment preferred.Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment (certification preferred).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rotating 12-hour shift environment.#TM1
