- Conduct comprehensive eye exams, including routine and medical eye care.
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and other vision aids and provide treatment plans for eye conditions.
- Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventative care.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in optometry and ocular health.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school (reciprocity is available from other licensed optometry states)
- Active or soon to be licensed in the state of Florida*.
- Experience in a medically focused optometry practice is preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge, with an emphasis on disease management and patient care.
