- Technical lead and first point of contact for all customer requests and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at key accounts
- Develop and present technical presentations and discuss design solutions that meet the customer’s requirements
- Prepare (with FAE’s inputs) technical solutions explaining Axiado’s product features and benefits
- Capture all commercial information including application, program name, volume, CM partner location and SOP.
- Manage customer forecast, prepare sales reports and territory updates
- Pre-sales support to provide assurances to the customer that the product will work for the application
- Post-sales support to assist with integration of the product into the design/working scenario or to help the customer out of a problem situation with the product
- Extensive travel required to selected focus customers (80%).
- 15+ overall years driving strategic partnerships/alliances/Business development/sales at a startup technology company
- Understanding of the cloud ecosystem (Servers, CSP/Datacenter, 5G base stations, and preferred products and technologies)
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical degree (preferred); MBA preferred
- Demonstrable experience in technologies related to security domain, AI, advanced hardware, datacenter domains and next generation Internet technologies
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements, including interpreting legal documents and work with attorneys to complete agreements
- A proven track record of growth
- Experience running global business development in a technology startup
- Experience working with Cloud service providers, Data center/Infrastructure customers, worked at/with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Facebook infra, Oracle infra and other Tier 1, 2, 3 Cloud providers and with Nokia, Ericsson infrastructure groups
- Evangelized new product concepts with customers of cloud service providers, like Banking, Government, Military, Healthcare and Infrastructure CISOs and have reach and connections with them.
