- Edit and refine the copywriting for both the dog walking and massage therapy websites, including service descriptions and CRM content. Dog Biz is on Wordpress/Divi and Massage Biz is on Wix.
- Create a comprehensive welcome newsletter sequence, create customer segments. Once customer database is clean, integrate with the EPS system (Flodesk)
- Curate, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and potentially TikTok (pending regulatory decisions), focusing on maintaining brand consistency and engagement.
- Utilize Canva templates to design and edit graphics for social media posts, ensuring content remains versatile and easily repurposable.
- Develop engaging captions and emojis for posts and publish them through Meta Business Center.
- Stay updated on social media trends and create relevant Reels in collaboration with the owner through CapCut or templates on Instagram.
- Collaborate with the owner to produce one marketing deliverable per quarter and integrate it into the websites for customer downloads.
- Select and edit photos and videos from clients for daily stories on social media platforms, aiming for 5-8 stories daily.
- Regularly monitor the Slack channel for new content and maintain an organized library for future marketing posts.
- Design visually appealing newsletters and emails, with a focus on value-driven content (our blogs) and strategic booking nudges. We will ideally have 6 "newsletters" a month going out. 4 will ideally convey lots of value/informative/educational/updates and the other 2 will be "nudges" to book or general reminders. "Spring Break coming, book now to guarantee space" type of thing. We follow Liz Wilcox's email marketing principles.
- Craft compelling copy for 23 Google Ads campaigns tailored to the 23 geo-specific locations (23 different towns Dog Biz serves). Review results daily/weekly and adjust ad parameters for better ROI.
- Review monthly marketing reports with the owner to identify areas of improvement and strategize accordingly for future campaigns.
- Plan, edit, and publish two massage therapy-related blogs per month, adhering to a set schedule for consistent content delivery.
