- Root Cause Analysis of Incidents and defects
- Driving Continuous Improvement through identifying automation opportunities and identification of defect/CRs through pattern analysis of Walk Ups (Service Requests) and Incidents
- Rule Configuration in OIPA
- Defect fixing
- Communication and coordination with OIPA peripheral teams, Infra teams if required
- Coordination with offshore teams
- Report status to management
- Customer Collaborator Management including Customer IT and Business teams
- Development experience in OIPA (ORACLE Insurance Policy Administration)
- Experienced in Life & Annuity Policy Lifecycle and Capabilities such as New Business, Renewal premiums, Policy servicing, Claims etc.
- Knowledge of Service Now, Incident & Service Request management, RCA for tickets
- Basic ITIL and Managed Services process knowledge
- Experience in Customer partner management
- Effective and sound verbal and written communication skills
