  • Incident & Service Request management & triaging
  • Root Cause Analysis of Incidents and defects
  • Driving Continuous Improvement through identifying automation opportunities and identification of defect/CRs through pattern analysis of Walk Ups (Service Requests) and Incidents
  • Rule Configuration in OIPA
  • Defect fixing
  • Communication and coordination with OIPA peripheral teams, Infra teams if required
  • Coordination with offshore teams
  • Report status to management
  • Customer Collaborator Management including Customer IT and Business teams
Required Qualifications
  • Development experience in OIPA (ORACLE Insurance Policy Administration)
  • Experienced in Life & Annuity Policy Lifecycle and Capabilities such as New Business, Renewal premiums, Policy servicing, Claims etc.
  • Knowledge of Service Now, Incident & Service Request management, RCA for tickets
  • Basic ITIL and Managed Services process knowledge
  • Experience in Customer partner management
  • Effective and sound verbal and written communication skills
