The role emphasizes:

  • Dashboards and trend analysis

  • Cross-platform coordination
Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement & Optimization:
  • Partner with platform managers to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements.
  • Standardize documentation, onboarding, and workflows.
  • Technology Integration:
  • Deliver integration of tools like Dynatrace (monitoring), Sentinel (log analytics), and Copilot (AI).
  • Metrics & Reporting:
  • Leverage platforms such as Power BI and Ansible.
  • Governance Support:
  • Align IT services with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years in IT operations, ideally with leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives.
Must-Have:
  • Knowledge of IT Operations, Engineering, or Infrastructure roles with broad platform exposure.
  • Experience with enterprise tooling (e.g., ServiceNow, Confluence, Power BI, Dynatrace).
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, change/incident/problem management, and control/audit frameworks.
  • Knowledge in reporting, dashboards, and process optimization.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • AI/ML Awareness: Understanding of how artificial intelligence and machine learning can be applied to infrastructure optimization, including anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automation of routine tasks.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
  • Exposure to automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, scripting).
  • Understanding of DR/BCP, cloud-readiness, and enterprise security standards.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms or frameworks (e.g., Azure ML, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their integration into operational workflows.
Salary Range: $80,800 - 133,400 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
