- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, reduce defects, and enhance efficiency.
- Design and execute testing procedures to evaluate product performance, reliability, and safety.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and non-conformities.
- Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate quality standards into product design and production processes.
- Provide training and guidance to manufacturing teams on quality standards and procedures.
- Lead investigations into quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track their effectiveness.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure raw materials and components meet quality requirements.
- Experience in quality engineering, particularly in the medical device sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Audit experience.
