Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
10 years of experience in IT project management or as a Scrum Master, with over 5 years in financial institutions focusing on capital markets projects.
Expertise in writing user stories with strong acceptance criteria in JIRA.
Proficient in managing JIRA boards, dashboards, Confluence pages, Excel reporting, and creating and tracking KPIs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on knowledge of market risk concepts and processes.
Understanding of financial and derivatives-related risk concepts, including credit risk and liquidity risk.
Experience with ETL and data warehouse concepts, along with some hands-on data analysis experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
Coach team members in agile frameworks and serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Assist in tracking and removing impediments to foster an environment for high team performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Work with development teams on continuous improvement and assist with project planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates.
