- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Document test results and report bugs in ADO.
- Continuously improving knowledge in application/functionalities and reducing the manual testing efforts by identifying scenarios to automate.
- Work with team members to identify potential suggested solutions for applications and reporting issues
- Respond effectively to the team queries and actively participate in discussions to help the department run more efficiently
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Performing and/or Default Mortgage Servicing experience a plus
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
