Denham Property & Injury Law Firm advocates for property-damage and personal injury clients. We are looking for a full-time Client Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new clients. This role is on-site in Lexington, KY.Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, providing a professional first impression.- Guide prospective clients through intake forms, ensuring all required information is collected.- Schedule consultations and manage the firm’s calendar.- Accurately record case details in the case-management system.- Set up case files for smooth transition to attorneys, ensuring documents and data are complete and organized.- Prepare intake reports and follow up with potential clients to collect missing documents.- Draft correspondence and assist with general office support as needed.RequirementsQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree required (business, communications, or related field preferred).- 1–3 years of client-facing or administrative experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional phone presence; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.- Strong organizational and multitasking ability with close attention to detail.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.- Dependable, ethical, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.- Health, dental, and retirement benefits.- Paid time off and firm holidays.- Opportunity to grow with a multi-state law practice dedicated to client advocacy.
