We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machines (HAAS preferred) and be capable of performing setups, loading tooling, interpreting programs, and ensuring the highest quality production of parts. This individual should be able to work independently, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and consistently deliver quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines (HAAS experience strongly preferred).Load tooling and make adjustments based on provided programs.Perform complete machine setups, including work holding and fixture adjustments.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.Utilize precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, gauges, etc.) to verify part quality.Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality throughout production.Maintain machines, tooling, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.Troubleshoot and resolve minor machining and quality issues.Follow all company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.Qualifications:Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Operator (HAAS machine experience preferred).Ability to set up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision.Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and setups.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.Physical Demands:Ability to stand at the machine for an entire shift.Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.Redline Resources is an equal opportunity employer.
