- Lead Marketing for the D&D Beyond Web Experience: Own the end-to-end marketing approach for D&D Beyond’s website, including homepage programming, PDPs, and editorial content.
- Drive Feature Marketing Strategy: Partner with product teams to provide marketing insight and go-to-market support for key platform features and play tools like the character sheet, compendium, and Maps VTT—ensuring messaging is player-centric and launch plans are cohesive.
- Optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs): Own strategy and execution for PDP improvements to ensure every product is presented clearly, compellingly, and conversion optimized.
- Support Campaign Integration: Ensure the D&D Beyond website effectively supports major go-to-market campaigns through timely content, promotional placements, and cohesive messaging.
- Analyze & Act on User Behavior: Use site analytics and user journey data to identify areas of friction and opportunity, translating insights into marketing and product recommendations.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, Creative, and Content teams to bring new features and products to life in the most player-friendly way.
- Measure Success: Track important metrics related to engagement, conversion, and content performance; use results to continuously improve and inform future efforts.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce—preferably in gaming, entertainment, or SaaS.
- Strong analytical attitude with experience using platforms like Tableau, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar tools to inform strategy.
- Experience supporting live products or platforms with ongoing feature development.
- Proven ability to optimize digital merchandising and user experience across websites or online storefronts.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Deep player compassion and a passion for crafting experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experience launching or supporting tools, platforms, or companion apps in the games industry.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, A/B testing tools, or personalization engines.
- Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons and D&D Beyond.
