Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some flexibility required)American Truck Centers is expanding our operations in Commerce City! We're looking for a highly motivated Outside Service & Parts Sales Representative to help drive growth in our new service department. If you have experience in the commercial truck industry, thrive on building relationships, and enjoy being out in the field, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Build and manage strong relationships with fleet managers, owner-operators, and businesses in the Denver metro areaPromote our service capabilities and parts department to generate new and repeat businessConduct on-site customer visits to assess service needs and offer tailored solutionsCoordinate with our service advisors and parts department to ensure customer satisfactionIdentify new sales opportunities and contribute to overall dealership growthTrack and report sales activities, leads, and performance using CRM toolsWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of outside sales experience (commercial truck or heavy equipment industry preferred)Strong understanding of truck parts and service operationsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focusedExcellent communication and negotiation skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to travel locally dailyWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + uncapped commissionCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceFull benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)Paid time off and holidaysSupportive team environment and ongoing trainingCareer advancement opportunities as we growJoin a dealership that values hard work, relationships, and top-tier customer service.
