Assist and support project team with daily project coordination, assuming main responsibility for meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals. Proficient in business development and networking capabilities.The Senior Project Manager will:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
