Position Title:Pre-Press Production ArtistPay Rate:$47,300 - $63,000Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.Category/Shift:Salaried Full-TimePhysical Location:380 Shorland DriveWalton, KY 41094(located 20miles from Cincinnati, OH)The Job You Will Perform:
  • Pre-flight/qualify electronic files as viable for use.
  • Vector and Bitmap graphic adjustment in relation to Plate output and printing specifications.
  • Quality Control.
  • Procedure & process adherence.
  • Must produce impeccable results while employing strict printing and digital specifications.
  • Output to Computer to Plate and Film Based and various proofing Equipment
The Skills You Will Bring:
  • 3 years of industry experience with a high school diploma/GED or an undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of 3-6 years as a professional Pre-Press Technician with a thorough knowledge of, and concentration in, Flexographic Printing Specifications and their application, is required.
  • Knowledge of Corrugated Packaging is highly desirable but not required.
  • Working Knowledge of Esko Graphics Software is Essential.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or higher is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Macintosh OSX is necessary.
  • Minimum 2 year Degree in Graphic Design/Communications or Printing Technology.
