What You’ll Do:

Assist PTs with evaluations and carry out rehab plans in patients' homes

Lead functional mobility and strength-building exercises

Provide documentation and communicate changes to the care team

Educate patients and families on home therapy routines

Qualifications:

Licensed PTA in Minnesota

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Weekend availability + reliable transportation
