In this position, you’ll be hands-on in our warehouse, evaluating, testing, and tinkering with products across a variety of categories including tools, electronics, and appliance parts. Your work will directly impact profitability by ensuring items are accurately graded, properly tracked, and positioned for successful resale.This role is ideal for someone who is part problem-solver, part marketplace expert, and fully committed to maintaining operational excellence.
What You’ll DoAs our Inventory Specialist, you’ll be the link between returned inventory and successful resale:1. Receiving & InspectionInspect returned items to determine resale potential using condition, demand, and pricing dataAccurately grade product condition (e.g., new, used, refurbished, for-parts)Test and troubleshoot items to verify functionality and identify repair potentialFlag items unsuitable for resale and ensure proper handling2. Inventory ManagementMaintain precise and up-to-date inventory records in our systemsCreate optimized, accurate product listings to maximize sales on e-commerce platforms, like eBay & AmazonTrack item movement from intake to sale, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks3. Communication & CollaborationPartner with internal teams to resolve inventory questions and share updates on product statusProvide feedback to management on trends, opportunities, and process improvements4. Warehouse OperationsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceSupport warehouse operations including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping as needed
What You BringHigh School Diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)2+ years of experience listing products on eBay, Amazon, or similar e-commerce marketplacesStrong product knowledge, particularly with tools, electronics, and appliance partsHands-on experience tinkering with, fixing, or testing tools, appliances, or electronicsProven ability to evaluate and accurately describe product conditionComfortable working with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systemsPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet throughout the dayMeticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality controlClear communicator and collaborative team playerThrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Work ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMOccasional overtime during peak demand periods
