
Customer Advocacy Program Manager

- Manage Rockwell's global customer advocacy program; report on progress toward goals and recommend process improvements as appropriate
- Ensure a consistent, scalable, and repeatable process for identifying and nurturing customer advocate targets according to go-to-market priorities
- Prioritize and organize requests, align to themes and key messages, identify and close gaps in coverage across regions, industries and offerings
- Develop emotional and inspiring content across formats and amplify across activation channels (web, video, events, earned and paid media, marketing collateral, social media, webinars, etc)
- Drive consistency in tone and deliverables globally, maintain a global repository of content for use across marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Deliver a robust reporting model to track progress and provide insight on how customer stories are being utilized and to validate business objectives are being met
- Capture and track customer details based on approvals for logo usage, testimonials, success metrics, and other proof points in a way that allows us to build a library of content that can be efficiently retrieved by both sales and marketing
- Partner across teams including sales, sales enablement, global marketing, regional marketing, partner marketing, PR, and legal
- Bachelor's Degree

- 3+ years of marketing experience with proven track record in content creation
- Project management skills, ability to organize, categorize and find information quickly
- Obsessed with customer success
- Ability to break down ambiguous/complex problems and balance big picture thinking with details of execution
- Collaborative work style, building relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and actionable analysis
- Experience with marketing, sales and communications priorities and track record of successfully partnering to deliver high impact customer stories
