- Support EHR and ancillary training efforts and continuing education training across the medical group.
- Deliver onboarding, training, go-live support, and continuous improvement efforts for new department acquisitions and new Providers.
- Participate in strategy, delivery, and implementation efforts of Physician Enterprise and regional operational projects.
- Actively participates in best practice sustainment efforts through solution implementation, activation, and post go- live support.
- Manage ServiceNow ticket queue to effectively identify, troubleshoot, and track issues at the medical group level.
- Work in cooperation with various team members to deliver highly effective training and support to all levels of end users.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods, reimagining creative and innovative tools, techniques and approaches to achieve excellent comprehension, proficiency, and performance results from end users.
- Deliver training using various platforms (i.e. in person, virtual, etc.) for both new and existing users including Providers, clinical support staff, front office/billing staff, and market leaders.
- Deliver effective functionality and standard workflow training to end users.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure proper training materials are available prior to, during, and after training.
- Analyze learning needs to ensure success of the training. Continuously improves engagement strategies to achieve desired learner comprehension and proficiency.
- Regularly assess the education needs of end users through on-site visits, operational performance analytics, job and process analyses, and other metrics.
- Identify and effectively communicate any change management risks, potential barriers, or delays as it pertains to the overall learning plan/strategy.
- Collaboratively evaluate the effectiveness and success of the education program to identify continuous improvement efforts.
- Assess operational performance analytics to summarize education gaps, determine the impact of training on employee skills, and develop action plans for onsite support.
- Maintain a keen understanding of adult learning, training and education trends, development, and best practices.
- Distribute Physician Enterprise communications to end users and assess user comprehension.
- Identify opportunities to improve provider wellbeing, staff satisfaction, consumer engagement and satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Serve as a liaison between the medical groups, Physician Enterprise, and Adventist Information Technology (AIT) teams.
- Collaboratively define and communicate best practice workflows and system use by clinical and non-clinical physician practice users.
- Facilitate assessment of workflow processes before, during, and after system implementation and other operational initiatives.
- Adhere to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan, to the rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies, and to the standards of all accrediting bodies.
- Maintain policies and procedures related to the clinical information system.
- Working hours are full time; Monday Friday, occasional weekends or early evenings may be required.
- Travel as needed.
