Job Description Summary Lead team of Manufacturing Process Engineers supporting the EA Tubes business. Provide technical leadership and coaching to members of your team as well as shop operations employees. Responsibilities include supporting technical challenges for operations, improving product quality, establishing/monitoring process controls, launching new products, and mentoring/coaching engineers. Provide team coaching on compliance documentationDriving Lean Six Sigma implementationProvide safe processes that comply with all local and federal regulations. Assure that corrective and preventive actions are taken to resolve observed safety concerns in all areasBe aware of, comply with, and provide input on the Quality Management SystemRequired QualificationsB.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical degree and 3 years of experience, or an Associates Degree and 6 years experience in production or engineeringGood analytical, planning, interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsM.S.
