- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and trial briefs.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and detailed case analysis.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
- Collaborate on strategy for high-stakes family law cases including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence.
- Negotiate favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining a high standard of advocacy.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and client communication throughout all stages of a case.

- Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Family Law, including litigation of complex divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases.
- Civil Litigation background strongly preferred, with courtroom experience and a solid grasp of procedural rules.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering excellent client service and advocacy.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in mediation, settlement conferences, and contested hearings.
- Professional, ethical, and empathetic approach to client interaction and case management.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
