Job SummaryMadison Law, APC is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to join our accomplished and growing legal team. This role is ideal for candidates who are ambitious, detail-oriented, and committed to becoming top-tier practitioners in the field of family law.Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and trial briefs.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and detailed case analysis.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
  • Collaborate on strategy for high-stakes family law cases including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence.
  • Negotiate favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining a high standard of advocacy.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and client communication throughout all stages of a case.
  • Grow professionally with mentorship aimed at developing you into one of Orange County’s leading family law litigators.
Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Family Law, including litigation of complex divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases.
  • Civil Litigation background strongly preferred, with courtroom experience and a solid grasp of procedural rules.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering excellent client service and advocacy.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in mediation, settlement conferences, and contested hearings.
  • Professional, ethical, and empathetic approach to client interaction and case management.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continued professional development and long-term growth within the firm.
