- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the service industry. This service industry can include professional, business services, personal services and repair services, education and health services, leisure and hospitality.
- Lead product marketing efforts, including product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.
- Execution of targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the service industry, focusing on driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop industry-specific content, engagement programs, and events to showcase our expertise and innovative solutions.
- Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for industry marketing, analyzing data to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to leadership.
- Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on industry marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on marketing investments.
- 9+ years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience in the service industry
- 9+ years of experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods.
- 5+ years’ experience managing a team of direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Master’s degree
- Experience in FinTech or related industries
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
