- Resolve customer support tickets remotely.
- Work with clients and their IT to gather network info, files and pre-install settings.
- Configure and install multifunction copiers and printers on customer networks remotely.
- Assist and lead a variety of projects with the help of experienced colleagues.
- Provide our customers with Fast, Friendly, and Amazing service!
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering. Industry certifications or equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to provide end-user support (via phone, e-mail, face-to-face, remote software) to resolve technical challenges.
- Windows OS Server/Desktop and Mac OS X.
- General knowledge of industry standard protocols such as SMTP, TCP/IP, SMB etc.
- Wireless networking.
