- Act as a liaison, accurately translating repair and maintenance requirements to technicians.
- Suggest additional services with integrity, focusing on customer value.
- Provide transparent and accurate repair and maintenance estimates.
- Uphold dealership policies related to vehicle care and operation.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and follow up as needed.
- Handle sales and management of extended warranties.
- Inspect repair quality and verify all work is complete before vehicle return.
- Notify customers promptly when their vehicle is ready.
- Clearly explain repairs and associated costs to customers.
- Address minor customer concerns and complaints tactfully.
- Inform the Service Manager of any issues or potential issues.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores according to dealership standards.
