Job Category: ITResponsibilities:Responsible for providing expertise and strategic oversight within Finance workstreams for the Global Product Delivery Team. Train and mentor team members effectively and work in close partnership with the EDO organization to ensure consistent data and reporting standards. Lead the implementation of Oracle Financial modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency. Recommend system changes and enhancements for continuous improvement. Drive product standardization and consistency to support business goals and objectives. Lead user sessions for requirement and testing, create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing. Provide expert advice and training to financial users. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions. Guide technical team in the development reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions for the Finance Product Delivery team. Requires 10% domestic and 10% international travel. Role is hybrid allowing periodic work from home within reasonable commuting distance of the Cleveland, OH office.
