  • Support clinicians in delivering the evidence-based model, Multisystemic Therapy with adolescents struggling with at risk behaviors
  • Cultivating growth in the team
  • Support marketing of Savio programs?
  • Help track outcomes and participate in quality assurance activities
  • Provide direct support to your team as needed

JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION TITLE: MST Supervisor.IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: MST Program CoordinatorFLSA STATUS: ExemptESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to Savio's mission, vision and goals
  • Clinically supervise designated staff
  • Oversee clinical services to clients
  • Oversee electronic health records and ensure accuracy
  • Track data including outcomes and follow-ups
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Manage personnel including performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and terminations
  • Manage building and vehicle maintenance concerns and report them to appropriate parties to be addressed
  • Manage grievances and occurrence reports
  • Participate in Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) Activities
  • Work alongside other program supervisors for cohesion and consistency across programs and regions
  • Oversees and participate in on-call
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Understanding of safety and risk decision making
  • Understanding of Medicaid billing and codes including the Medicaid Uniform Services Coding Standards Manual
  • Most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual

Qualifications:
  • Licensed LPC LCSW or similar preferred
  • Experience working in-home and community-based settings.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
