- Support clinicians in delivering the evidence-based model, Multisystemic Therapy with adolescents struggling with at risk behaviors

- Provide on-call support to front line staff

- Clinically supervise designated staff
- Oversee clinical services to clients
- Oversee electronic health records and ensure accuracy
- Track data including outcomes and follow-ups
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Manage personnel including performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and terminations
- Manage building and vehicle maintenance concerns and report them to appropriate parties to be addressed
- Manage grievances and occurrence reports
- Participate in Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) Activities
- Work alongside other program supervisors for cohesion and consistency across programs and regions
- Oversees and participate in on-call
- Other duties as assigned
