Electro-Mechanical Assembly- 2nd ShiftWe're seeking skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our Client's team on the 2nd shift. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling electromechanical components and systems used in cutting-edge production machines.OverviewIn this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will use your technical skills and attention to detail to build subassemblies and final assemblies from electro-mechanical components.
The 2nd shift team works from 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday with a 10% differential pay.Required Skills
  • 1-2 years of assembly experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, multimeters, and other manufacturing aids
  • Basic soldering, crimping, and wire harness assembly skills
  • Strong computer skills - your work instructions are online and you will be required to enter data about the assembly process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Electronci testing skills
  • Knowledge of blueprints and ability to read and interpret them
  • Experience with welding and fitting assembly units
Preferred Education and Experience
  • 1-2 years of related experience in assembly or a related field
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
