Review relevant information provided by customers to assure validity and accuracy of requests.
Evaluate customer requests to determine proper classification.
Creates work orders in a computerized database (Maximo 7.6). Review Maximo input fields for correct data input.
Collaborates with customers and responsible associates to ensure requests/problems are submitted and processed.
QualificationsRequired:
Basic understanding of Facility maintenance and repair concepts.
Ability to follow administrative policies and procedures as directed to maintain and improve the efficiency of the RCC.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and software related to administrative processing.
Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel.
Experience with or ability to learn Maximo 7.6.
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
Capable of interacting professionally with all personnel
