The Senior CNC Manufacturing Engineer will lead process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for precision tooling and component manufacturing. The Senior CNC Manufacturing Engineer also supports continuous improvement initiatives and mentors junior engineering staff to enhance operational efficiency
  • Performs research, design and development of manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment
  • Approve and/or create new Work Instructions
  • Create or change routings & BOMs in the ERP system
  • Updates & maintains detailed CAD floor layouts of buildings and equipment
  • Coordinates the manufacturing launch of new/revised products, including established goals, training team members, and evaluating results
  • Designs, develops, tests, cost-justifies, and sources various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods
  • Performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency improvement
  • Take the lead to resolve quality problems in production when not solved at lower levels through NCR process
  • Represents manufacturing on cross functional teams
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor and/or management, in alignment with organizational goals and operational needs

  • 10+ years experience in a CNC manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in MasterCAM software
  • Experience with programming and troubleshooting vertical and horizontal mills and lathes
  • SolidWorks profeciency
  • Ability to apply GD&T principles and read/understand customer and internal blueprints and drawings

  • Base salary ranging between $100,000 - $115,000, depending on skills and experience
