- Leads and mentors others by organizing Tableau User Group meetings and sharing advanced visualization techniques
- Develop as a strategic visualization advisor with increasing influence across departments
- Lead and shape the growth of the organization’s visualization specialists as the company scales
- Gain exposure to executive leadership and help define company-wide data visualization standards
- Represent Qualtrics as a thought leader by speaking on data visualization at industry events
- Design and build dynamic, single-page reporting frameworks that eliminate tab-based navigation and streamline insights delivery
- Create and maintain standardized templates and Figma visual assets that seamlessly translate into Tableau dashboards
- Lead the Marketing Data Visualization Center of Excellence and organize monthly Tableau User Group meetings to foster learning and community
- Architect star schema data models in Tableau to support complex dimensional analyses and flexible filtering
- Develop compelling data narratives that turn marketing performance metrics into executive-ready insights
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract and transform data from our Redshift data warehouse and collaborate closely with data engineers
- Challenge conventional visualization norms and pioneer innovative approaches to presenting marketing data
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing and building with Tableau, including advanced features like Dynamic Zone Visibility, Parameter and Set Actions, and Level of Detail expressions
- Portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centric visualization solutions beyond traditional dashboards
- Experience using Figma or similar tools for visualization mockups, wireframes, and design systems
- Proficiency writing complex SQL queries and solid experience with cloud-based data warehouses, preferably AWS Redshift
- Demonstrated success creating star schema data models and applying best practices in dimensional design within Tableau
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and delivering presentations to executive audiences
- Background in B2B marketing or sales analytics with a strong business understanding
- Experience leading training sessions or user groups, showing leadership outside of individual contributor work
