Responsible for managing assigned CAPEX projects from preparation through start-up. Works closely with Project Manager to maintain engineering coherence and deliver on project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead engineering activities during preparation phase to pass Conceptual Engineering and Project Definition gatesDevelop design criteria, project execution plans, management plans, risk analysis, and EHS compliance documentsDraft work scopes per national and corporate standardsCoordinate contractor bid process, RFIs, and bid tabulationsMonitor and report project costs; create integrated schedules including outagesCoordinate with production/maintenance during outages and constructionResolve construction and technical issues on-siteOversee execution, testing, commissioning, and ramp-up phasesParticipate in steering and start-up meetingsQualifications:Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering3+ years in heavy industrial CAPEX project executionUnderstanding of ladder logic, HMI software, electrical circuitsProficiency in MS Office SuiteStrong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
