- Serve as Executive Director for Healthcare Technology Management across multiple hospital locations
- Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate business growth throughout the region
- Lead succession planning and development of key clinical engineering personnel
- Build and mentor a dynamic team with diverse expertise in medical technology
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for medical equipment
- Manage budgets and assess financial risks while identifying growth opportunities
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect healthcare technology infrastructure
- Maintain client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for hospital leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of management experience in healthcare technology
- Proven leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management within large healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity in healthcare settings
- Superior business acumen and budget management proficiency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of medical equipment compliance and safety regulations
