- Own and lead the digital growth strategy across customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Drive lifecycle and retention marketing strategies across CRM, email, SMS, and personalization to enhance user engagement and LTV.
- Oversee campaign execution and performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, and emerging digital channels, ensuring strong ROI and experimentation at scale.
- Partner with product and engineering to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and performance levers across the full digital funnel.
- Build and manage a high-impact team across e-commerce, development, UX/UI, analytics, and growth to execute rapid experimentation and optimize user experience.
- 10+ years in digital e-commerce and development management in growth-focused roles, including at least 4+ years in a leadership position in a growing and successful digital brand, ideally with high-value price items.
- Proven track record of scaling digital revenue and customer acquisition through data-driven strategies and experimentation.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, CRO, digital analytics, and growth loops; strong command of tools like Meta, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Looker, Amplitude, etc.
- Strong P&L ownership mindset, with demonstrated success managing $2M+ monthly budgets and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strategic leader with entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication skills, and a bias toward action in fast-paced, evolving environments.
