- Assess, screen and refer parents to work, parenting, and other programs;
- Collaborate with judges, court personnel, support collection officers, and others to reinforce a problem-solving approach to support collection;
- Track respondent compliance with child support payments and program participation;
- Provide direct and holistic services to program participants;
- Provide written and oral case updates to the court, as needed;
- Maintain participant data in the electronic database system;
- Attend required staff meetings and trainings; and
- Additional relevant tasks, as necessary.
- Prior experience with fatherhood and/or employment programs;
- A background in child support, family dynamics, and/or domestic violence issues;
- A creative, assertive self-starter who can work well with others and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of court personnel and partner agencies;
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a culturally responsive manner; and
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
