Location of Assignment: Onsite - Three Nationwide Plaza, Columbus, OH, 43215
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard Business Hours
Assignment Length: 3 months, opportunity for extension/conversion pending performance, attendance and business need

Partners with internal customers to identify data and information needs that support business decision-making. Responsible for analyzing data, creating and maintaining reports, managing internal databases, and interpreting statistical and other forms of data analysis to deliver actionable insights.Job Duties and Responsibilities * Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements for business decisions. Develops, produces, and maintains ad hoc and custom reports.
- Analyzes report data and uses various data access tools to gather information for reporting and decision support.
- Supports special projects, reporting initiatives, and implementation of new technologies. Maintains the integrity of internal data systems.
- Retrieves and integrates data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in internal databases.
- Shares relevant reports and information with appropriate departments or personnel.
- Conducts research and analysis; compiles supporting documentation and verifies third-party information for accuracy.
- Provides assistance and training to colleagues on data systems, reporting tools, and best practices for data usage.
- May provide basic maintenance and support for personal computer hardware and software related to job functions.
- Participates in cross-functional projects and contributes to team initiatives.
- Delivers actionable insights and recommendations through clear documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Undergraduate studies in business, insurance, mathematics, or a related field required.
- A degree or professional insurance coursework is preferred.
- Minimum of four years of experience in a business information analysis or related role involving data analysis, problem-solving, planning, and coordination.
- Understanding of business and/or insurance policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with customer service principles, product terminology, regulatory compliance, and operational processes is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for report creation and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to identify and analyze business data needs.
- Skilled in using business software applications for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
