  • Salary: DIRECT HIRE! $100-130k, dependent on experience and skillset

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Infrastructure Design: Develop roadway, bridge, and storm sewer system designs that align with client goals and state standards.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee all project phases, from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Team Management: Assign and review work for Junior Engineers, CAD Technicians, and support staff to maintain efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are achieved effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevant tools to produce detailed engineering plans.
  • Field Support: Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support project development and ensure design integrity.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in transportation engineering, with a focus on roadway, bridge, and stormwater design.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and familiarity with standards such as AASHTO, MUTCD, ODOT, and related guidelines.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, scope, and schedule.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
