- Technical Expertise: Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevant tools to produce detailed engineering plans.
- Field Support: Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support project development and ensure design integrity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in transportation engineering, with a focus on roadway, bridge, and stormwater design.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and familiarity with standards such as AASHTO, MUTCD, ODOT, and related guidelines.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, scope, and schedule.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
