Lead & Innovate – Develop and oversee electrical system designs, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry best practices.
?? Create & Execute – Produce construction-ready electrical drawings and documentation that meet permitting and regulatory requirements.
?? Collaborate & Solve – Work closely with architects, clients, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
?? Manage & Optimize – Keep projects on track, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
?? Mentor & Inspire – Guide junior engineers and CAD drafters, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and continuous learning.What You Bring to the Team? Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
? Proven Experience in Electrical Design & Construction (6+ years)
? Expertise in AutoCAD and/or Revit
? In-depth Knowledge of Building Codes & Electrical Standards
? Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
