What You’ll Do:
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
  • Supporting residents with mobility, grooming, toileting, and meal setup
  • Performing light housekeeping and helping maintain a clean environment
  • Offering companionship and assisting in social activities
  • Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes to leadership
  • Following infection control protocols and safety guidelines
What You’ll Need:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Resident Assistant or CNA experience, preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in senior care, preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Respect for confidentiality and resident rights
  • Knowledge of infection control and safe cleaning practices
  • Alertness to safety hazards and willingness to act quickly
