Come work with us and let's build something great together!Military experience is a plus.S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join the corporate contracts and procurement team at our HQ in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL. This is not a working remote position.There is a $10,000.00 hire-on bonus.Position Description:The Senior Pricing Analyst works with designated Business Development, Finance, Contracts, and/or Proposal Manager(s) when developing CONUS and/or OCONUS cost/pricing solutions (typically FFP, FPLOE, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, or LH) and responding to time sensitive requirements of Governmental, Federal Prime, and Commercial clients' Requests for Quote, Requests for Pricing, or other cost/pricing related submissions.Responsibilities:· Develops prime and subcontract cost/pricing proposals compliant for DoD/Federal Agency contracts utilizing existing cost/pricing models.· Develops new cost/pricing models for all phases of the proposal process from proposal strategy through negotiations and execution.· Develops sanitized and un-sanitized cost/pricing narratives/volumes of proposals, to include all required descriptions of direct and indirect costs and the proposed pricing buildup process.· Develop Excel spreadsheets to meet the Government/Prime/Commercial client's cost/pricing requirements.· Ensure that cost/price proposals are submitted in accordance with company policies, Government oversight organization (e.g., DCAA) policies, and the requirements of the solicitation.· Support cost audits as required to prime contractors, the Government, and/or DCAA/DCMA.Experience/Skills Required:· Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related discipline; Masters’ highly preferred.· Twelve or more years of DoD Contracts Pricing experience reflecting increasing responsibilities and working with others or twelve years of Contracts Pricing experience with Five years Contract Manager experience at the IDIQ and Task Order level, followed by the last seven years being Pricing experience.· Over the last three years, must have successfully developed DoD CONUS and OCONUS cost analysis and pricing models.· Seven years of experience developing and administering complex DoD cost type contract proposals and awards.· Over the last three years, has worked for a federal services company with revenue exceeding $25 million per year.· Five years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint.· Three years of experience pricing Aviation requirements, to include but no limited to maintenance and/or flight training.· Must be available to travel CONUS and/or OCONUS and have an active passport.Systems Studies and Simulation, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
