-Own and optimize martech ecosystem, including architecture, integration management, and performance monitoring
-Drive strategic marketing automation initiatives while maintaining tactical excellence in day-to-day operations
-Design and implement sophisticated lead scoring models and lifecycle marketing programs
-Manage critical integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing technology tools
-Lead the evaluation, integration, and optimization of additional MarTech tools (e.g., 6Sense)
-Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and SOPs
-Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Creative teams to drive customer-obsessed solutions
-Create and execute the product roadmap for marketing technology capabilities
-Lead and influence stakeholders across multiple business units to drive adoption and optimization of marketing technology solutionsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing automation programs
- Deep expertise in lead scoring and lifecycle marketingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Marketo Certified Expert certification
- Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, integrations, and data management
- B2B experience highly preferred
- Experience with 6Sense or similar intent data platforms
- Experience in B2B technology or logistics industry
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Experience with agile methodology and project management

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
