You should bring at least 7+ years of experience in home healthcare, showcasing a proven track record in business development and sales leadership.Your sales leadership should reflect your ability to drive revenue growth, build robust referral networks, and consistently exceed sales targets in the sector. A deep understanding of home health industry trends, regulations, and patient needs will be crucial.
