
Superintendent - Demolition & Asbestos Experience - Portland

- Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to leadership.
- Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and workforce coordination.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Address and resolve any unforeseen construction challenges in a timely manner.
- Mentor and support field staff, promoting a team-oriented work environment.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent or foreman / supervisor
- Experience with demolition is a must, asbestos is a huge plus
- Software proficiency including: Microsoft Suite, Procore, Word & Excel
- OSHA 10 certified (MUST have)
- OSHA 30 certified (preferred)
