Join Our Team as a Chiropractic Assistant!Location: Homewood, AL | Company: ArchetypeWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team! At Archetype, we are passionate about helping our patients feel their best through chiropractic care, functional health, and specialized therapies. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, helping people, and being part of a supportive team, this role is for you!What You’ll Do:
  • Assist the chiropractor in patient care, including setting up modalities (laser therapy, piezo wave, etc.).
  • Take detailed notes during appointments using ChiroHD software.
  • Conduct range of motion assessments and other patient evaluations.
  • Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow by helping with check-ins and transitioning between appointments.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Who You Are:
  • Organized, energetic, and ready to learn.
  • A strong communicator with excellent people skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
  • Passionate about health and wellness.
  • Experience in chiropractic, healthcare, or customer service is a plus but not required – we’ll provide training!
