Job DescriptionThe BD Account Manager will lead and support the development of products for client’s packaging programs in line with the overall program strategy. To successfully develop, implement, and manage new and existing business. Take a leadership role in achieving sales, profitability, and other financial and customer service objectives for Infinity Global. Team leader to manage packaging programs and acting in close teamwork with Operation departments, Creative and IG Top management. The BD Account Manager will also serve as the communication liaison between luxury retail customers, internal departments, and outsourced partners to successfully facilitate the development phase in preparation for a high volume of production and distribution.Job RequirementsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client services—preferably within the luxury goods, packaging, or retail sectors.
  • Proven success in developing and growing key client relationships and managing global customer accounts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating with overseas suppliers.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, design processes, and manufacturing (paper, textile, or specialty packaging preferred).
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze costing models and profitability metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of international compliance and environmental standards related to packaging is a plus.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels—internally and externally.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Multilingual or international business experience is a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage customers or others complex packaging projects, ensuring all program and product issues, opportunities, and inquiries are addressed, documented, monitored to resolution, and communicated internally/externally on a regular basis.
  • Initiate and develop new business in the luxury and/or specialty retail segments.
  • Meet preferably face to face (Teams or phone calls as a back-up when Customer is abroad) with customers on a regular basis (target average 2X/month) to build relationship, ensure all projects go smoothly and generate potential new opportunities for the Company.
  • Hunting / Prospecting” for new business - using your existing network to find leads for new customer relationships as well work to find new business outside of your existing network. Hunt to find new business / customers.
  • Manage and communicate detailed information to global suppliers, customers, and other internal personnel to ensure successful development and transition of paper and textile retail packaging projects. Act as a liaison between key Infinity Global customers and suppliers
  • Foster a positive working environment with fellow employees and customers.
  • Ensure all project management issues are addressed, tracked to resolution, and communicated internally/externally on a regular basis.
  • Lead the successful implementation of new business (projects and/or customers), by leading the Infinity Global implementation team.
  • Analyze multiple costing models and develop product for each packaging project/program.
  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of each product and/or program that defines function, manufacturability, component cost, tooling estimates, preliminary development lead time, risk and global consistency.
  • Manage teams internally on projects to ensure design and construction meets all product requirements.
  • Build value analysis into new development ensuring the construction and design provides the most cost-effective way to achieve the design criteria while ensuring the best function and quality.
  • Ensure that packages/components meet the needs of the client, and regulatory/environmental legislation. Develop and raise awareness of international business practices and procedures within the department.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Act as a leader of the whole account team. Initiate and develop new business in the luxury and/or specialty retail segments.
  • Monitor the account profitability, raising and sharing evolution or change with his manager and finance department
  • Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues
  • Manage various projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and the ability to multitask while prioritizing based on urgency
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks
