Key Responsibilities :Perform general assembly, construction, and installation tasks according to work instructions, blueprints, and project specifications.Assemble and install structural, mechanical, or prefabricated components as required by the project.Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards and specifications.Follow detailed safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Identify and report any defects, material shortages, or assembly issues to the supervisor.Work closely with the construction, quality, and project management teams to meet deadlines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in assembly operations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in assembly, construction, or general labor roles preferred.Ability to read and interpret basic assembly drawings, schematics, and construction plans.Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in varying construction environments (may require lifting up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering quality work.Willingness to follow safety guidelines and construction site protocols.Preferred Skills:Prior experience in general construction, structural assembly, or mechanical assembly is a plus.Basic understanding of materials handling and construction techniques.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of construction site safety standards and regulations.
