The Global Workflow Product Management team within the Transformation Office is responsible for technology strategy, product ownership, business administration, and user support of Global Workflow (built on the Appian platform).Role SummaryCollects data and conducts analysis to support Global Workflow development to provide business insights and enable strategic business decisions. Works closely with the Global Workflow Senior Product Owner to gather and organize requirements in the form of user stories and features. Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and product backlog management. Analyzes collected information to inform the development of enablement tools/tactics. Provides guidance and support to users on optimizing the use of the Global Workflow platform.ResponsibilitiesSolutions Delivery— Supports refinement activities within a product team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and user interface design for platform and product enhancements. Activities include obtaining acceptance and alignment from stakeholders for the recommended enhancements, documenting requirements along with prioritization, user acceptance testing, and working with technology teams to deliver enhancements that generate business value.Assessing Client Experience— Analyzes user behavior and feedback to validate that products work as desired relative to key performance indicators. Regularly reviews quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, including operational metrics, client surveys, direct client feedback, and associate feedback, escalating issues to product owners as necessary. Leverages understanding of competitive landscape to identify and propose changes to enhance experience.Business Analytics— Provides consultative support to product owners and other stakeholders as it relates to existing and potentially new deliverables to enhance client experiences. Shares findings and provides business insight to product owners as needed. Works closely with platform analysts to interpret data and uses insight to inform necessary changes.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND2+ years of total relevant work experiencePreferred:Experience in Investment Management industryExperience working with AppianExperience working on a scrum delivery teamDemonstrated ability to support Enterprise-scale productsAbility to assess trade-offs between value & risk/cost/timeAbility to translate and simplify complex business and technical conceptsAbility to work well with people with varying technical, business, and cultural backgroundsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with one day per week from home.Base Salary RangesPlease review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.$75,500.00 - $129,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers

$94,500.00 - $161,000.00 for the location of: New York, CaliforniaPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
