We use our technologies for widespread public benefit and scientific discovery, and collaborate with others on critical challenges, ensuring safety and ethics are the highest priority.The roleThis role operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, driving awareness, user acquisition, and engagement through data-driven approaches and creative experimentation - outside of conventional marketing and communications channels. You will turn high-quality prototypes and web experiences into impactful campaigns that reach key audiences directly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and distribution channels to accelerate the growth of our GenAI consumer, developer, and enterprise user base.
  • Product Marketing: Create compelling product marketing narratives that effectively communicate the capabilities of our GenAI models (such as Gemini 2.5 model series, Veo, Imagen etc) and envision future software applications.
  • Campaign Management: Support and manage multi-channel growth campaigns, leveraging platforms like social media and emerging channels. You will be expected to conduct relentless A/B testing and optimize for ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze key performance data, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and funnel metrics, to inform growth strategies and understand user behavior.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with model unit leads, researchers, and marketing teams to align growth efforts with our product roadmap and strategic business priorities.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging technical content, such as walkthrough videos, interactive web pages, and other resources to support our developer and enterprise communities.
About youDesired Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a growth role, ideally with proven success in AI/ML, data science, or cloud computing environments, and some early-stage AI startup experience.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Experience with full-stack engineering skills to ideate and implement growth features and experiments (both frontend and backend).
  • A creative eye and high taste for compelling web experiences and marketing collateral for new technologies.
  • Data-driven mindset with competence in analytics and experimentation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered development practices and content generation.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $183,000 - $271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
