- Build a picture of current operations and sustainment efforts by "road-mapping" current operations and sustainment efforts for legacy and transitioning NC3 capabilities, initiative activities, technical refreshes, and software upgrades
- Monitor program activities and provide recommendations for process improvements and solutions to promote facilitate planning and resourcing to enable continuous equipment availability and reliability
- Communicate logistical and technical concepts and challenges to the broad user audience
- Work with the government and contractor team to develop and execute logistics solutions and strategies
- Proactively recommend logistics-based solutions and plans for spares management, acquisition, and distribution to optimize reliability and availability of NC3 systems
- Monitor equipment performance, hardware/software lists, and obsolescence data to track trends related to breakage or failure
- Analyze developer plans, evaluate proposed sustainment activities, and develop recommendations for potential solutions
- Perform analyses to determine system Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) coupled with supportability requirements; document and present results in a report format
- Support sustainment analysis efforts to capture current combat readiness metrics and actions
- Travel: Less than 10%

- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance is required for this position
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 5 years’ related experience DoD Space Operations, Life Cycle Logistics, or DoD Acquisition

- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles

- Demilitarization & Disposal (DoD) – knowledgeable
- Design Interface (US Space Force) – knowledgeable
