- Serves as manager of Foley’s online website presence from a technology perspective manages vendors and technology behind our public facing websites. Our current web CMS platform is Wordpress and we use a wide variety of additional technologies.
- Works closely with content teams and others throughout the firm to create and regularly update relevant digital KPIs. Similarly, works closely and broadly throughout the firm to ensure content stays fresh and meets those KPIs and ensure optimal results for SEO, site visitors, and more.
- Manage functionality, data, reporting, and enhancements to the firm’s email marketing system.
- Oversee cross-platform data integration (e.g. email, events, etc. into CRM) and usage in support of firm goals; in partnership with others on the team, bring together data from digital technologies to help the firm strengthen relationships with clients and prospects.
- Stay informed on industry and technology trends impacting technology and help identify future initiatives through updates to the Marketing Technology roadmaps.
- Using web, email, and other analytics tools, to establish, monitor, and regularly report on key metrics measuring effectiveness of the firm’s web properties, intranet and other marketing and business development initiatives.
- Understand marketing technology platforms and assist with maintenance and enhancements to functionality and design, and with user support.
- Oversee efforts to improve search engine optimization (SEO); create, execute, and report on strategic data regularly on a firm-wide strategy that includes results across leading platforms and technology such as (rapidly increasing in adoption) AI search tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience with marketing technologies geared toward generating revenue required.
- Demonstrated experience developing process and business strategy with other leaders to maximize the value of technologies and systems.
- Proven ability to inspire others toward common goals and objectives around the use of technology to drive revenue.
- Experience managing technology projects, including demonstrated full lifecycle experience from problem identification through post go live review of technology systems.
- Experience establishing metrics and KPIs to measure revenue impact and ROI of technology.
